MemorialCare seeks a Pre-Registration Representative in Fountain Valley, CA to complete pre-registrations for procedures, admissions, and outpatient visits. You will verify demographic, guarantor, and insurance information to ensure accurate patient identification for billing.

• Attend to attendance and punctuality per policy.
• Accurately enter patient information and identifiers to prevent errors.
• Pre-register patients and create HAR with complete data.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain effective relationships with staff and patients.
• Verify eligibility through payer websites to ensure correct coverage.
• Participate in department meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Manage pre-registration queues to meet daily productivity targets.
• Utilize EPIC, RightFax, OnBase and other systems for workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
