Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure in good standing required.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Implements nursing strategies such as staff rounds to improve engagement.
• Provides input on interviewing, selection, and training of new staff; supports performance evaluations and discipline when needed.
• Assists with staff scheduling and manages labor to meet patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
