Job summary

HCA Florida West Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and to coordinate all unit functions during assigned shifts. You will work with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in line with policies and to support staff development and patient outcomes.

You will assist with admissions/discharges, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control while promoting a patient-first philosophy and service excellence

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required within specified onboarding periods.
• RN license or compact license required.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care on the unit during the shift and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff development within productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and equipment management to maintain supply readiness.
• Contribute to service delivery improvements and patient experience initiatives.
