HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit activities during the shift. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support optimal patient outcomes.

• RN with Associate Degree
• ACLS and BCLS required within 30 days of employment start date
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in assessing quality of patient care services in the unit, in collaboration with management.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Supports nursing strategies to improve engagement through rounds and other initiatives.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training staff; oversees performance evaluations and policy compliance.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
• Helps with inventory control and supplies/equipment management
