Mount Carmel Dublin is hiring a Registered Nurse for day shifts in a fast-paced PACU/preop environment. The role involves cross-training across preop, PAT, PACU and phase 2, with a 1:2 nurse-patient ratio and mentoring from tenured staff.

You will deliver patient-centered care within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, collaborating with the team to ensure safety, continuity, and quality outcomes for diverse surgical populations.

Formación

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care and promotes patient safety in the PACU/preop settings.
• Assess and plan care with patient and family, including physical, spiritual and educational components.
• Communicate pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Assume accountability for care provided by other licensed or unlicensed staff as appropriate.
