Qualifications

• Demonstrated vehicle acquisition using auctions, trade-ins, and other channels.
• Strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and gross profit per unit.

Responsibilities

• Own the pre-owned department's success from auction lane to final sale.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing used-car sales team to meet and exceed targets.
