Job summary

Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia is seeking a KBB/BDC Acquisition Associate to drive vehicle acquisitions and support dealership growth. This role focuses on sourcing quality pre-owned inventory through Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer leads, internet inquiries, phone calls, and equity mining opportunities.

In a fast-paced environment you will respond to leads, schedule appraisals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Used Car management to maximize inventory and appointment show rates

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC, sales, customer service, or call center preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and CRM skills; professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Kelley Blue Book (KBB) Instant Cash Offer leads.
• Contact customers via phone, text, and email to schedule vehicle appraisal appointments.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize appointment show rates.
• Work closely with the Used Car Manager and Sales Management team to acquire inventory.
• Educate customers on the dealership's vehicle buying process and current market values.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM.
• Execute daily call, text, and email objectives.
• Generate traffic for vehicle acquisition appointments.
• Assist with equity mining campaigns and service drive acquisition opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire acquisition process.
