Auffenberg Dealer Group, a family-owned dealer since 1942, seeks an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager/Director to lead a team of sharp sales consultants. You will mentor, coach and grow the team, and build relationships with customers daily.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and a proven track record in automotive pre-owned sales, with focus on high service standards and performance.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience required.
• Willing to train additional sales associates in a team environment.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with high energy throughout the day.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader and provide focus for your Sales team.
• Work with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a strong network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.

The ideal candidate enjoys networking and getting to know customer needs daily. You will mentor your Sales Consultants, help them grow their book of business and coach them on proven sales tactics.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive pre-owned industry, an impeccable reputation and a commitment to customer service at the highest level. Previous experience as a PreOwned Sales Manager or Director is required.
