Paragon Honda seeks a results-driven Pre-Owned Automotive Sales Consultant in Woodside, NY. You will manage the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery, generate leads, and provide product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, explain features, assist with test drives, coordinate with Finance & Insurance, and complete paperwork while maintaining strong relationships and ongoing dealership training opportunities.

Formación

• At least one year of related sales experience.
• Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Organized with effective follow-up to maintain customer relationships.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic math skills with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Second language ability is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers to assess vehicle needs and preferences.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation in showroom and test drives.
• Research vehicle availability and options using dealership databases.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to finalize terms.
• Inspect lot inventory to maintain product knowledge and availability.
• Complete paperwork and ensure timely delivery and registration.
• Attend training sessions and department meetings to stay current.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
