Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Sales, communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to speak a second language preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Math skills including basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on showroom floor and perform needs analysis.
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation.
• Research model availability and optional equipment using database.
• Negotiate price including tax, trade-in, license and financing terms.
• Walk the lot and inspect inventory.
• Complete paperwork and arrange delivery and registration.
• Deliver and familiarize customer with vehicle.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
