Job summary

Paragon Honda is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our New York dealership. You will greet customers, perform needs analyses, demonstrate features, and help buyers select vehicles that meet their goals.

In this role you will coordinate with the Sales and F&I teams, advise on financing or lease options, and handle paperwork through to delivery and registration. We value sales skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to speak a second language preferred.
• Strong math skills for handling figures and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and perform needs analysis for vehicle selection.
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom or on road.
• Research model availability and equipment using the dealership database.
• Negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in, license fee, and financing or lease options.
• Complete all paperwork and arrange delivery and registration of the vehicle.
• Provide customer with a thorough vehicle handover and follow-up.
