Job summary

Paragon Honda in New York, NY is seeking an organized Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to manage daily vehicle deliveries and ensure a smooth customer handover. You will work with the Sales Department to prioritize deliveries, explain paperwork, and highlight aftermarket products and service options.

You will also help customers understand vehicle features, schedule initial service, and maintain a professional, customer-centric delivery experience within a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years related customer service, sales or automotive experience and/or training.
• Strong working knowledge of personal device technology with ability to communicate clearly and use computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Compares serial numbers and ensures vehicle is ready to deliver, records damage and verifies accessories.
• Delivers vehicles to customers and explains operating features, warranty and paperwork.
• Educates customers on procedures and vehicle features; assists with pairing phones and other features.
• Introduces customers to service department staff and schedules first service appointment.
• Follows up on post-delivery items, title work, and special requests to meet expectations.
