Responsibilities
  1. Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  2. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  3. Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority. Understand product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  4. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  5. Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  6. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  7. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
  8. Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.
Qualifications
  • Pre-Owned Sales Experience preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Quick learner eager to improve product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
