Jack Demmer Lincoln in Dearborn, MI is seeking a motivated, outgoing Full-Time Pre-Owned Sales Professional. Automotive sales experience is NOT required; we provide training and support to help you succeed.

You’ll help customers navigate major purchases, learn Lincoln’s pre-owned inventory, and build relationships that drive repeat business. Earn $50,000+ in your first year with commission-based upside and comprehensive benefits.

• Understand customer needs and identify the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Conduct professional test drives.
• Present pricing, purchase, lease, and financing options.
• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Set and confirm customer appointments.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Develop product knowledge of Lincoln and our pre-owned inventory.
