Responsibilities

• Help customers navigate one of the biggest purchases they make.
• Understand customer needs and identify the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Conduct professional test drives.
• Present pricing, purchase, lease, and financing options.
• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Set and confirm customer appointments.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Develop strong product knowledge of Lincoln and our pre-owned inventory.
