Qualifikationen

• Proven automotive sales management experience, including pre-owned sales management.
• Automotive finance department experience.
• Track record of strong CSI performance and customer relationships.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop people—not just manage numbers.
• Strong desking, deal-structuring, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support pre-owned vehicle operations, inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and inventory turn.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure a smooth, transparent purchase experience.
• Help structure deals and guide customers and sales professionals through the sales process.
• Maintain strong CSI results through clear communication, follow-up, and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members and future leaders.
• Promote a professional, customer-focused culture grounded in teamwork and integrity.
