Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales management experience.
• Experience with pre-owned sales management.
• Experience in automotive finance department operations.
• Track record of CSI performance and customer relationships.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
• Strong negotiation, desking, and deal-structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support pre-owned vehicle operations, inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and inventory turn.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure a smooth, transparent purchase experience.
• Help structure deals and guide customers and sales professionals through the sales process.
• Maintain strong CSI results through clear communication, follow-up, and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, building their skills for future leadership.
