Job summary

This position emphasizes coaching, deal-structuring, and maintaining strong CSI performance while promoting ethical, customer-focused culture within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a hands-on leader with pre-owned sales management and automotive finance department experience, a strong CSI track record, and a passion for helping people grow.

What You’ll Do
