Hilton Miami Beach is hiring an HR Coordinator to support the HR department across our South Florida properties as a pre-opening hire for the December 2026 launch. You'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping, and employee support, helping to build this role from the ground up across all properties and ensuring smooth high-volume onboarding and recruiting as we prepare for opening.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years HR/recruiting experience, hospitality experience

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years HR or recruiting experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish or Creole (preferred).
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in HR.

Responsabilidades

• Post job openings and assist with resume screening across properties.
• Process new hire paperwork, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR files and records across properties.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment questions and HR system navigation.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement events.
• Assist with compliance tracking (training, certifications, etc.).
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager.
• Support high-volume onboarding and recruiting during pre-opening surge.
• Coordinate orientation logistics ahead of opening.
