Job summary

Dellshire Resort, opening Spring 2026, is part of Pyramid Global Hospitality. We seek a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensure top cleanliness, and deliver guest satisfaction at a premium, pre-opening property in Wisconsin Dells.

Lead and train Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants, manage schedules and inventory, and uphold safety standards to support a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping or hotel operations experience; supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and chemical handling.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate daily assignments and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and guest requests.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service and attention to detail.
• Communicate room status updates, maintenance issues, and priorities with Front Office and Engineering teams.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping supply inventory and manage labor hours per occupancy.
• Ensure safety procedures and chemical handling are followed by all associates.
