Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team, keep dining areas tidy, and ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset for seamless service.

You'll assist with food delivery, table maintenance, and guest requests while upholding sanitation standards. This role offers a pre-opening environment with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of food and beverages to guests
• Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
• Refill water, assist with bread service, and respond to guest requests
• Support servers in maintaining section readiness and guest satisfaction
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
