Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells Spring 2026, offering a pre-opening hospitality experience. The Security Officer role supports a world-class destination by ensuring safety, guest comfort, and asset protection as the property launches.

You’ll work with a team dedicated to hospitality values, integrity, and professional growth in a dynamic, opening-phase environment. Join a team that values collaboration and excellence; you’ll gain hands-on experience

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol resort grounds, buildings, and parking areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activity and safety hazards.
• Monitor surveillance and alarm systems; respond to irregularities or emergencies.
• Greet and assist guests, curators, and vendors professionally, maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to medical emergencies and incidents following safety procedures.
• Complete detailed incident and shift reports with accuracy.
• Enforce resort policies and safety regulations consistently.
• Coordinate with management and local authorities as needed in emergencies or investigations.
• Conduct key control and property access audits.
• Assist with lost and found procedures and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing safety and emergency response training.
