Job summary

West Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System in Henderson, NV, seeks an experienced RN to provide safe, competent nursing care in a 150-bed acute care setting. You will lead and support the healthcare team, ensuring patient-centered care and adherence to facility standards.

The role requires an RN license in Nevada, current BLS, and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department, with BSN preferred. Full-time position with on-site work and pre-employment assessment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent within 6 months of hire. BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
