Job summary

The Valley Health System in Henderson, NV seeks a Facilitator RN to lead with an interdisciplinary team and oversee the quality and quantity of care by coordinating every aspect of patient care on the unit. This is a full-time, dayshift role within our West Henderson Hospital family.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a Nevada RN license with BLS, a minimum of three years of clinical experience, and two years of progressive management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of care.

Education
