Job summary

West Henderson Hospital is seeking a qualified RN to provide safe and competent nursing care for patients, while supporting the healthcare team with leadership and guidance. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and adherence to facility standards.

The position requires an RN license in Nevada, BLS, ACLS, and possibly PALS or NRP certifications. BSN is preferred, with a shift described as Full Time Varied.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• RN license in Nevada required with current BLS; ACLS and PALS or NRP as applicable.
• BSN preferred to enhance patient care and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and patient needs.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide employees supervised by the RN Charge Nurse or designee.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
