Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a part-time Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Crosstown Surgery Center team in Minnesota. This 0.8 FTE role runs Monday through Friday with flexible times, providing care in pre-op, PACU, and Phase II.

The RN will assess patients, document findings, perform pre-admission tasks, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe perioperative care. A MN RN license, PACU experience, and CPR/ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current RN licensure in MN or WI multi-state.
• One year PACU or critical care experience preferred in last 5 years.
• Current member of ASPN preferred.
• Current CPR/ACLS/PALS certification required or completed on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural, educational and developmental dimensions from pre-op through discharge and document findings.
• Evaluate patient condition and responses to interventions and communicate information appropriately.
• Complete pre-operative phone calls, H&P reviews, and admission instructions.
• Assess needs and supplies for pain management and physician preferences.
• Develop an individualized plan of care based on assessment and standards of care.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to maximize patient outcomes and ensure smooth perioperative flow.
