Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule elective procedure patients for pre-operative appointment where registration, diagnostic testing, and education are completed.
• Provides secretarial support for unit (answering phone calls, ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies, etc.).
• Demonstrates appropriate communication and interpersonal skills to enhance teamwork and collaborates with healthcare team to enhance daily workflow.
• Strong computer and multi-tasking skills, in order to become proficient with required computer programs and tasks associated with the position.
