Sci Corp in Laurel, MD seeks a Family Service Counselor to serve families by arranging at-need cemetery plans and selling pre-need arrangements, acting as the primary contact and driving revenue. You will lead generation activities, build trust with families, and collaborate with funeral directors and staff to deliver seamless, high-quality service.

Requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of college or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years college or education/experience.
• Current state/province driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain an insurance license if required by state.
• Must pass the Company's internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Generation: prospect daily, obtain referrals, network, present to families, track activity.
• Build Relationships with Families: respond to inquiries, listen, tailor solutions, ensure satisfaction, obtain referrals.
• Teamwork: liaise with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service, review past contacts.
