Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Prospecting, obtaining referrals, networking with community.
• Build relationships with families through empathetic, timely communication and tailored solutions.
• Represent the company by coordinating with funeral directors and other staff to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with team to review past services and prepare for future customer needs.
• Maintain activity logs to track productivity and outcomes.
• Ensure appointments are prepared with professionalism and attention to detail.
