You will weigh ingredients, issue materials, and ensure accurate inventory while following ERP guidelines and SOPs. The role requires careful attention to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This hourly position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and complying with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in a mixing or machine operating role.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Excellent oral and written communication with all levels.
• Ability to initiate and supervise CIP processes.
• Experience with food production environments preferred.
• Understand FIFO, traceability, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients according to sheets and ERP with high accuracy.
• Issue ingredients and paperwork to track batch inventory.
• Clean equipment between fruit batches (CIP).
• Operate pumps, crushers, and other fruit prep steps.
• Maintain accurate ingredient weighing and stock control.
• Train new workers and promote food safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement and safety compliance.
