Job summary

Bowman Andros is hiring a 4 OZ Relief Operator to keep the Core Sauce line running smoothly, supporting mixers, fillers, capper room, and line operators during breaks and vacations.

You will monitor tank temperatures, adjust flow, coordinate changeovers, and ensure safety with PPE, 5S practices, and quick problem escalation.

This hands-on role requires regular attendance, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to identify safety stop buttons and guards on Ross iSkid/Bertocci machines.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are strongly preferred.
• PPE must be worn at all times in Production Area.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust temperatures of sauce in mix tanks per specs.
• Maintain sauce consistency and supply for filler demand.
• Coordinate change-overs and communicate with operators and management for continuous supply.
• Walk the line to assist other operators during breaks and vacations.
• Report major mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and watch for contamination.
