Job summary

Bowman Andros Products is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure process and product compliance with safety and quality standards on the plant floor. You will perform QC tests, sampling, and CCP checks, and support the QC Supervisor and Manager in ensuring traceability and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with food safety practices, and ability to work with lab equipment and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required or two years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret data and keep accurate records.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work conforms to food safety and worker safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform preoperational checks, swabs, water testing, and CCP checks as applicable.
• Pull samples from the line and transport to the lab for Day +1 testing and CCP testing.
• Notify management of out-of-spec results and initiate Quality Holds when needed.
• Record QC results in Redzone and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Operate lab equipment to conduct testing and verify specifications.
