Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math, reading, writing literacy required.
• Ability to operate mixing machinery safely and productively.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, operates and maintains the mixing equipment safely.
• Communicates with forklift drivers and mixer operators across shifts.
• Maintains batch/mix sheet records for traceability.
• Inspects ingredients for quality and safety concerns.
• Loads ingredients in correct order and adjusts formulas as needed.
• Ensures allergen control and clean-in-place (CIP) processes.
