Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Medical Coordinator to work with a small group of attorneys on a high-profile plaintiff-side practice. You will manage the pre-litigation phase, coordinate between clients, medical providers, and adjusters, and help move cases toward resolution.

The role requires understanding of the medical treatment process, strong client-service skills, and the ability to manage multiple active files.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-litigation coordination or medical coordination in plaintiff-side litigation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury medical treatment process.
• Experience obtaining and organizing medical records and bills.
• Excellent client-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through the pre-litigation process.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and adjusters.
• Obtain and organize client and patient information; maintain accurate files.
• Monitor medical treatment and ensure active engagement in treatment plans.
• Communicate with medical providers about treatment, records, and bills; gather documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate demand packages and interact with junior attorneys.
