• 2+ years in pre-litigation case management or related roles within law firms.
• Familiarity with medical billing, records retrieval, and lien negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution or referral.
• Coordinate medical treatment and evaluations with providers; track appointment adherence.
• Review, organize, and code medical records, bills, and documentation.
• Prepare medical chronologies, summaries, and exhibits for attorneys.
• Serve as primary contact for medical-related client inquiries and case updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and vendors to assemble pre-litigation packages.
