• Prior experience in a personal injury law firm, medical office, healthcare setting, or related medical coordination role is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and internal team members.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clients’ medical treatment based on injuries, treatment needs, location, availability, and circumstances.
• Communicate regularly with clients to monitor treatment progress and address concerns.
• Coordinate with medical providers and facilities to facilitate timely treatment.
• Track client treatment status, appointments, and billing.
• Obtain, organize, and maintain medical records, billing statements, and reports.
• Follow up with providers to ensure records and bills are received timely.
• Maintain case management notes and documentation.
• Provide professional, empathetic customer service throughout pre-litigation.
• Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
