WizeHire, Inc seeks a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to support our personal injury practice. This full-time role requires in-office presence for 40 hours weekly and caseload management under supervision. The starting pay is $25/hour during the first 90 days, with potential increases based on experience.

After probation, health insurance and a retirement plan are offered. The ideal candidate has experience in pre-litigation, can handle client communications, and negotiate with insurance

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Injury, specifically pre-litigation workflows.
• Ability to take initiative on tasks with minimal hand-holding.
• Experience dealing with clients, insurance companies, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation matters.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients and insurers.
• Negotiate where appropriate and ensure tasks are completed on time.
