Witherite Law Group seeks a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to handle a caseload of 115-135 personal injury matters, ensuring client service and medical treatment adherence. You will review medical records, draft letters, and maintain Filevine data while coordinating with a team of assistants.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, with pre-litigation experience and leadership ability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role
• Pre-litigation case management and negotiation is a plus
• Experience supervising and managing other team members
• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus
• Paralegal certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 115-135 personal injury cases
• Maintain client communication with updates and questions
• Review and obtain medical records and bills
• Draft demand letters and address liability issues
• Maintain case management data in Filevine
• Collaborate with case assistants to ensure policy adherence
• Demonstrate professional appearance and behavior
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain discretion with confidential information
• Demonstrate strong time management and multi-tasking
• Apply knowledge of personal injury law, especially motor vehicle collisions
• Proficient in MS Office and Filevine or similar case management tools
• Perform other duties as required
