Plaintiff Personal Injury - Pre-Litigation

Our stable 5 Attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an additional Attorney to join our team and work in Pre-Litigation. This Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law to qualify for an interview.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Initial Client Intake to Writing Demands to Negotiating Settlements is what this position entails.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent negotiation skills are required to be successful in this position.
• You will also have a support staff to assist you. You should have leadership and supervisory skills and be able to manage your own caseload.
