Qualifications

• Our ideal candidate has 1–7 years of employment law experience.
• Excellent writing and negotiation abilities are required.
• Strong client management and communication skills with a business mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume docket of pre-litigation employment matters.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain consistent communication.
• Conduct case evaluations, strategy development, and risk/value assessments.
• Draft demand packages and pre-litigation submissions.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations.
• Prepare matters for litigation handoff when necessary.
• Handle a limited number of cases that proceed into litigation, as assigned.
• Maintain active status with the California State Bar and good standing.
