Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 1–3 years in employment law or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate potential employment intakes to assess liability and damages.
• Conduct supplemental intake calls to gather facts for drafting complaints and PAGA notices.
• Investigate and identify correct parties and entities for filings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy for complaint filings, venue and jurisdiction.
