Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct depositions and draft contracts.
• Strong legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on employment statutes and relevant case law.
• Draft and review legal documents including demand letters and settlement agreements.
• Assess employment claims by analyzing evidence and interviewing clients.
• Develop case strategies for early resolution through negotiation.
• Prepare for trial by organizing case files and drafting pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal options and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cases involving diverse practice areas.
