Avrek Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our settlement-focused team. The ideal candidate is licensed in AZ (TX preferred) with at least 3 years of personal injury experience and a track record of sizeable settlements and verdicts.

You will manage all facets of personal injury caseload, counsel plaintiffs, prepare and review legal documents, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with a team to achieve the best results for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with AZ Bar Association.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in personal injury.
• In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of personal injury caseload, including communicating with clients, supervising cases, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
• Give legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and seeking reimbursement for injuries, medical bills and related losses.
• Assemble and scrutinize petitions, motions, responses, settlement contracts, and related correspondence.
• Facilitate settlement discussions with parties, insurers, and defense counsel.
• Cooperate with a team of attorneys and support staff to achieve the best results for clients.

As a Personal Injury Attorney, your main focus will be using your expertise in personal injury and insurance law to advocate for injured individuals and assist them in seeking compensation. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with ample opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of personal injury caseload, including communicating with clients, supervising cases, and engaging in settlement negotiations.

• Collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a large caseload.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
