Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, familiarity with pre-litigation processes, and strong organizational skills. A paralegal certification is a plus and a college degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a caseload of 115-135 personal injury cases.
• Maintain client communication with case updates and questions.
• Draft letters and review medical records and bills.
• Maintain case management data in Filevine.
• Coordinate with case assistants to ensure policy compliance.
• Support Attorneys with case development and deadlines.
