Job summary

The Ward Law Group seeks a Senior Case Manager to support attorneys in pre-litigation personal injury matters. You will be the primary client contact, maintain case records, and ensure efficient progression of cases in line with firm procedures and attorney directions.

Responsibilities include client communications, coordinating with insurers and providers, and rigorous case management in Litify. The role requires onsite work in New York, five days a week, with a strong focus on exceptional

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in New York.
• Expert knowledge of the personal injury pre-litigation process.
• Experience managing a high-volume personal injury caseload.
• Experience working with bodily injury claims, medical records, insurance documentation, and case management systems.
• Proficiency in Litify and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Contact clients within 24 hours of case assignment and provide case-status updates.
• Insurance and Provider Communications: Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and third parties under attorney supervision.
• Case Management: Maintain complete case notes in Litify and track documents, liens, and bills.
• Client Service: Deliver professional, responsive service and protect client confidentiality.
