Socket.dev is seeking a detail‑oriented Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant to support personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase. This role manages 115-135 cases, prepares demand letters, and maintains case data in Filevine while coordinating with clients and medical providers to ensure timely treatment and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree or paralegal certification a plus.
• Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents.
• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and behavior; discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 115-135 cases in pre-litigation.
• Prepare liability, PIP, and UIM demand letters accurately.
• Communicate with clients and medical providers to ensure timely treatment and tests.
• Acquire and review medical and billing records throughout treatment.
• Maintain case data in Filevine and support team collaboration.
