Witherite Law Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to manage a caseload of 50-75 cases, assisting attorneys with drafting legal documents and managing case data in Filevine. A successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in personal injury law, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a case load of 50-75 cases.
• Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Audit cases for all expenses including medical bills and subrogation liens.
