Kdc Llc in Dallas, TX is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant to support personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase. You will manage a caseload of 115–135 cases, prepare demand letters, gather medical and billing records, and maintain case data in Filevine.

The role requires strong organization and attention to detail. You will collaborate with clients, medical providers, and the case manager to ensure timely communication and proper handling of case details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or paralegal certification a plus.
• Experience in personal injury law or motor vehicle accident cases preferred.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style with professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• 2+ years in a plaintiff’s personal injury firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 115–135 cases.
• Prepare case details for liability, PIP, and UIM demand letters.
• Coordinate with clients and medical providers to ensure timely treatment and documentation.
• Acquire and review medical and billing records throughout treatment.
• Maintain case data in Filevine accurately.
• Support a cooperative team dynamic with the case manager.
• Submit requests for open records and direct correspondence to Medicaid/Medicare as needed.
• Keep checklists current and ensure timely communications.
