Responsibilities

• Assist in managing clients’ personal injury claims from start to finish.
• Send correspondence, prepare demand packages, and communicate with adjusters.
• Gather medical records and other case documents as needed.
• Reply to client emails, texts, and phone calls throughout the day.
• Draft letters and track medical treatment within the case system.
• Update the case management system and coordinate with attorneys and team.
