Witherite Law Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant to support personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase. You will manage a caseload of 115–135 cases, preparing demand letters and reviewing medical and billing records, while maintaining case data in Filevine.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree or paralegal certification a plus.
• Experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 115-135 cases in the pre-litigation phase.
• Prepare liability, PIP, and UIM demand letters with accurate case details.
• Review and organize medical and billing records throughout treatment.
• Maintain and update case data in Filevine accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and the case manager.
